• Africa is mystic; it is wild; it is a sweltering inferno; it is a photographer’s paradise, a hunter’s Valhalla, an escapist’s Utopia. It is what you will, and it withstands all interpretations. It is the last vestige of a dead world or the cradle of a shiny new one. To a lot of people, as to myself, it is just ‘home.”

  • Helpful Information

To help you get to us stress free!

    Do I Need a Visa?

No you do not need to apply for a Visa. As long as your stay is less than 90 days you will have a Visa stamp issued in your Passport on arrival. You do however need at least 1 month left on your passport to fly here.

Traveling with a Child Under 18?

New requirements, introduced by the South African Department of Home Affairs from 1 June 2015, specify that all minors (children under 18 years) are required to produce, in addition to their passport, an Unabridged Birth Certificate which shows the details of both parents for all international travel to and from South Africa.

Further documentation may be required. For full details please visit the Department of Home Affairs website.

Travellers will be asked to produce the required documentation at check-in for each flight.

    How much are flights?

Good news you have a number of different airlines to pick from!

Direct Flights are a little more expensive; however if you play around with times and days to arrive and leave you can look to pay around £450 - £600.

    We recommend  http://www.skyscanner.net/ OR http://www.cheapflights.co.uk/

    Are Transfers Included?

YES! tell us your flight and we will meet you at the airport.

You can also pick up your hire car from the airport (if you choose to book one) and we will drive with you to your accommodation. Secure parking is included in your Packages. If you would like details for car hire company's just ask!

    Travel Insurance!

Like the USA you will need to pay for any medical treatment you may need. Your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which replaced the old E111 in 2006 will not cover you in South Africa.
